Joshua Prasad

Joshua Prasad is the driving force behind Virtus Tech, shaping its vision in AI-powered wellness solutions. With a Master’s in Biotechnology and Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania, he brings a deep understanding of medical research, healthcare innovation, and business strategy.
Before Virtus Tech, Joshua gained hands-on experience as a researcher at NYU Langone and the Perelman School of Medicine, where he explored breakthroughs in healthcare. He later transitioned into healthcare management consulting, helping businesses navigate the industry’s challenges and opportunities.
Outside of work, Joshua is a dedicated fitness enthusiast and avid gamer—whether he’s hitting the gym or playing Dota 2, he brings the same level of strategy and passion to everything he does.

Marketing Lead
S V Harish is the driving force behind Virtus Tech’s marketing and outreach, focused on growth, engagement, and brand expansion. With three years of experience in the Life & Health Insurance sector, he has successfully secured $100,000 in Life Insurance premiums, demonstrating his ability to build trust and deliver results.
A Certified Insurance Planner from LUGI, Harish blends technical expertise with a client-first approach, ensuring impactful and data-driven solutions. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering at SRM IST, adding a strong analytical perspective to his leadership role.
Outside of his professional journey, Harish is a passionate gamer and movie enthusiast, bringing creativity, strategy, and a forward-thinking mindset to everything he does. His dynamic leadership continues to shape Virtus Tech’s growth in the AI and wellness space.
Fabian Christopher

Fabian Christopher is a Co-founder and AI/ML Lead at Virtus Tech, specializing in cutting-edge AI and machine learning innovations. He holds a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence from Northeastern University and has a strong background in computer vision, natural language processing, and deep learning.
Fabian has worked as a Machine Learning Research Intern at TactLabs (Canada) and as a Cloud Developer at Tata Consultancy Services, gaining hands-on experience in AI-driven solutions and cloud technologies.
Beyond his professional work, he is passionate about AI research, open-source contributions, and gaming. In his free time, he enjoys writing articles on AI advancements and collaborating on open-source AI projects.
Tarun Raajiv

Tarun Raajiv is a Co-Founder and co-leads technical development at Virtus Tech, ensuring the seamless integration of AI with data privacy and regulatory compliance. He holds a Master’s in Cybersecurity from New York University and is deeply passionate about advancing AI while upholding data security and ethics.
At Virtus Tech, Tarun plays a key role in ensuring compliance with government regulations such as HIPAA while driving efforts in Inclusive, Ethical, and Responsible AI. His expertise in Explainable AI (XAI) helps enhance transparency, trust, and accountability in AI-driven solutions.
Tarun is committed to developing AI technologies that prioritize user safety, privacy, and inclusivity. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and cooking, finding inspiration in both literature and culinary creativity.
